      The Impossible Dream Tour

      Wednesday 8th October 2025. Finally managed to see 71000, Duke of Gloucester — resplendent in its new livery – hauling the supporter’s charter train passing through Ruabon station. Trains on the line had been cancelled or delayed in the morning due to sheep on the line between Gobowen and Shrewsbury, but thankfully the charter managed to get through in the afternoon several hours later than scheduled.
