I see Concorde got a mention again recently so I’ve dug out some of my photos of prototype aircraft 002 (G-BSST) at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton, pre-production 101 (G-AXDN) at IWM Duxford, and production 202 (G-BBDG) at Brooklands Museum. Never got the opportunity to fly on one but have been on board all three of these.

I don’t shoot a lot of video, but when I do I almost always use my iPhone because it’s convenient. Never went down the camcorder route, but my “big” camera (Canon) is capable of shooting decent quality video should I be so inclined – so far I’ve only used the feature once and that was by accident when I pressed the wrong button wandering…

I’ve been under a couple of GW locos: Lode Star at the NRM in York and Caerphilly Castle at Swindon but sadly didn’t take any decent photos of the inner motion. Probably too busy gawking at it! If I do find myself back underneath I’ll do better next time.

The passing of the International Space Station at 6-17am this morning was very impressive!
