The Brecon Mountain Railway have announced some February half-term fun in the form of their Winter Diesel Week.

While their steam locomotives are having a rest and some essential maintenance is carried out on them, the diesels have a chance to shine.

Passengers can enjoy three trips a day with an hour round trip to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Passengers are also advised to wrap up warm, as the carriages are unheated and services do not stop at Pontsticill.

The cafe and shop will also be open, with the option to book an afternoon tea or cream tea.

Tickets cost £20 per adult and £1 per child.
