Greater Anglia has launched its Autumn Ticket Sale, which runs until the 4th of November.

Passengers can gain up to 20% off tickets, with some fares starting from just £4.80.

Advanced tickets can be bought for travel between 28th October and 15th December.

Example fares include:

• Southend Victoria to London = £6.00 down to £4.80
• Norwich to London = £12.00 down to £9.60

They are sold on a first-come, first-served basis nd need to be booked at least 7 days in advance of travel.

Customers should purchase as soon as possible, which can be done online, via the Greater Anglia app or by calling their contact centre.

“Travelling by train is cheaper than you think, and the Autumn Sale means people can travel for even less in the lead up to Christmas.

“There is so much to see and do in our region and whether it’s a trip to the city or coast, shopping or sightseeing, we are giving people more money to spend on having a great time by helping them save money on their train fare.”
