A treasure hunt to find Avanti West Coast’s mascot, Turbo, has been launched on the operators’ stations and trains.
The competition is part of their Feel Good Travel Campaign and will run until the 31st of October.
Customers can search around for images of Turbo for a chance to win a prize.
The rollerblading turtle can be found with an accompanying QR code. Once scanned, people can play a virtual scratch to win to see if they have won a prize.
Some of the prizes up for grabs include a Turbo keyring or cuddly toy, a free hot drink, discounted travel codes and a First Class Lounge pass for Euston.
The bigger prizes will see people entering into a draw for a chance to win a trip to one of the destinations on Avanti’s network, which can include family tickets and overnight stays.
To mark the launch of the treasure hunt, last week Avanti employees were in Liverpool with a life-size scratch card, offering people a chance to win a prize on the spot.
