Steam Sounds Supreme have released Addons for Great Western Railway (GWR) 2-8-0 tank engines Nos. 4277 Hercules and 5239 Goliath.
Two versions are available: an Addon for players who already own the 4200/5205 base pack and a Standalone version for players who want to own Goliath and Hercules but do not already have the base pack.

The Train Simulator Classic Addon provides authentic versions of the preserved 2-8-0 tank engines 4277 Hercules and 5239 Goliath in crisp-lined GWR green and BR plain black liveries with new sounds and beautifully recreated nameplates.
Included in the Addon are preserved 4277 Hercules and 5239 Goliath with red and black nameplates. Hercules has options for GWR lined green or BR plain black, while Goliath is in GWR lined green with burnished smokebox fittings.

Each version has custom sounds specially created for the pack, with all the advanced features from the base pack. They come with two engaging heritage-era scenarios and are Quick Drive ready.
Players who already have the 4200/5205 base pack only need the Addon and cost £7.50. The Standalone version costs £12.50 and includes the 4200/5205 base pack. Both are available from the Steam Sounds Supreme website.

This is all good and well, but what product are these addons for exactly?
Train simulator video games
Yes, I’m with you so far, would you like me to list how many different train simulator video games I have?
Whilst I can rule out most of them, there are still quite a few possibilities and so with no links to follow or mention of which simulator specifically, the article is useless. It may as well say “ooh, did you see that?”, with no reference of what it was, where it was or if it’s even worth looking at in the first place
I have added in Train Simulator Classic for those who may be unfamiliar with Steam Sounds Supreme addons. There was already a link to their website at the bottom of the article where it says “Both are available from the Steam Sounds Supreme website.”
