#feature Vegetation Cut down
I took the back streets through the industrial estates in Blackburn this morning and noticed that I could see the tunnel mouth as all the surrounding vegetation had be removed.
This means that it’s far easier to see the track from Fort Street, which is where the Dasiyfield Junction is.
There is a tall fence 6’4”but you could hold your camera on…

Good if done within the deadline! All the birds will be nesting now! They need all the help we can give them! And me joining National Butterfly watch was a waste of time? As there don’t seem to be any Butterflies about any more! Back in the day we had likes of Tortoise shell or Red Admiral etc?? I’m getting a packet of wild garden seed this…

It was my second time seeing this particular loco, and it’s the only one I’ve seen in blue; If I see another one in future, I’ll just assume that it’s 022 again!
