The British Transport Police say that a charge has been made after a serious assault at Bescot Stadium station at the weekend.
Deng Cholmajek, who is 18, has been charged with attempted murder following the assault on the 20th of October.
Officers were called to Bescot Stadium at around 11:25 pm following reports of a serious assault.
A woman remains in a serious condition with life-threatening injuries.
Deng Cholmajek is due to appear at Walsall Magistrates Court today (22nd October).
