It has been confirmed that that the weekly steam trains from London Waterloo will be running in 2020.
The weekly trains include three trains from London Waterloo to Windsor and Eton Riverside, and an evening circular, also known as the Sunset Steam Express.
The Royal Windsor Steam Express runs three times every Tuesday, passengers take the steam train to Windsor & Eton Riverside, and return using one of South Western Railway’s services back to the capital.
Later in the day, after the three trips are done, the locomotive heads out to Chertsey on a circular tour from London Waterloo.
Prices for the Royal Windsor Steam Express start from £39 for an adult, and £25 for a child.
Prices for the Sunset Steam Express start from £59 for an adult, and £45for a child.
